The instant and reusable heat packs generate heat by simply flexing the metal disc activator inside the pack. This will immediately begin the warming process. Containing more fluid than your average heat pack, it allows for warmer and longer lasting temperatures than other pack on the market. Temperatures can reach up to 50 degrees Celsius / 122 degrees Fahrenheit and lasting for up to 1 hour.

How To Activate: Remove from the packet and click the metal disk to activate. Slide into the supplied knee brace and place over the knee to use
To Reuse: Remove the gel pack from the knee brace. Place the gel pack into a pot of cold water and bring to the boil. Boil for 10 minutes (plus) – the gel pack will return to a complete liquid ready to reuse. Allow to cool and reactivate as above by flexing the metal disc.

To Heat: Remove from single sachet from the packet. Peel off the protective cover and apply to the required area.

The reusable nylon eye mask can be used hot or cold as desired. The comfort strap fits around your head allowing for soothing relief and reduction of tired eyes
To Heat: Remove the mask from the packet and place in the microwave for 20-30 seconds according to the power of the microwave. Remove and slide into the comfort sleeve provided and place over the eyes to use.
To reuse simply repeat the process.
To Cool: Place the mask into the freezer for minimum 45 minutes depending on the freezer temperature. Once cold, slide the mask into the comfort sleeve provided and then place over the eyes.
To reuse simply repeat the process.
